My service tech Habacuc was amazing! He arrived as scheduled and I appreciated the tracking update. He was able to fix my issues and explained everything perfectly. I appreciate his professionalism and highly recommend this company to service your AC unit.Today I had service from Chris. He explained every detail and showed me photos of the items that were needing service or replacement. I appreciate how he educated me on the unit and was able to provide some guidance too. Diego, and his partner, from Brody Pennell arrived on time, in uniform, and in company vehicles. They were polite clean and professional. They explained what they were doing and cleaned up at the end of the day. Day one they removed all of the old ac, heating and duct equipment. As they were finishing up, through no fault of their own, a section of our ceiling fell. They stayed late and cleaned up the insulation and ceiling parts from our living room. Day two they installed the new unit, got it running and cleaned. All by mid-afternoon Friday! Thus was projected as a three day job, they did it in less than two.

Santiago Ramirez was our wonderful HVAC technician and he is a gem. He had a positive attitude and smile, was methodical and knowledgeable about our broken thermostat situation on a very hot day. Jesus provided exceptional service while diagnosing the problem with my air conditioner. He methodically inspected the entire system and then walked me through his findings. Even though the entire HVAC system needed to be replaced fairly soon, I never felt any pressure to sign a contract. We discussed several options and then Jesus set up an appointment to price options. Jesus always conducted himself in a professional and easy going manner. I highly recommend Jesus for diagnosing HVAC repair and maintenance issues.
