LEMON GUARANTEES

Our lemon guarantees are designed to protect you against major breakdowns on the critical comfort system components, including Furnace/Air Handler: If the heat exchange fails on your new furnace up to ten (10) years from the original date of installation, we will replace the entire furnace absolutely FREE. Ask your Comfort Consultant for details. For your added peace of mind, we also offer extended labor agreements through a third party insurance company.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to one (1) year after installation, Brody Pennell will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. And, if we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment Brody Pennell will replace the system with a new system of equal value absolutely free!

WARRANTY PROTECTION PLANS

Extended warranty protection plans improve your over-all comfort by protecting you from the costly expense of breakdowns in the years to come. Extended warranties include: parts, compressor, condenser coil, evaporator coil, heat exchanger and labor. Ask your Brody-Pennell Comfort Consultant for details.

1-YEAR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with Brody-Pennell and/or your new comfort system for any reason within one (1) year of installation, Brody Pennell will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue (up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase). Now that’s comfort!
