They explained their work and took videos to explain to us, what was going on w the hvac unit on the roof.Rene my service tech was great. On time, courteous and helpful. He gave me some helpful tips for my thermostat and vent maintenance. Thank you.

Juan Romo was so polite and thorough. Showed me pictures of all the components and the issues. Broke down all of my options and explained everything. He was extremely careful in my home and left no dirty trace of work being done. !!!!! The doormat, booties and gloves they use is great too !!!

JUAN MOLINA was very thorough in his assessment of three Air Conditioning units across three apartments. It was a routine service. He pointed out issues in one particular unit that could help save energy, bills and not burn out the unit since it is an older one. He showed me pictures, explained things carefully and patiently. I am very happy with the service he provided. Thank you Juan.MARCO came by to service three AC units across three different apartments. He was very kind, professional and extremely thorough in his assessment of the health of each AC/Heating unit. I felt like I was in good hands with him because he was transparent about any issues and pointed out how we can improve the units. Hope he returns here again for seasonal maintenance in the Spring. Thank you Marco.RENE was kind and patient, answering questions we had. He was thorough in giving us the information we needed to assess the problem. The air conditioning was not cooling and he discovered a leak. We set up a time to get an estimate for installing a new unit after twelve years with this one.

Brody Penney provides a terrific service. Cesar Corrales came yesterday and was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, super conscientious and thorough!!! The company now provides regular seasonal service for me and has provided first-class service each time. A shout out for James Handy who serviced us in the past too! Both Cesar and James spent a long time servicing my unit, first testing all areas and then cleaning the HVAC thoroughly so it would function optimally! My past experiences w this company have all been great!!! I highly recommend Brody Pennell for everyone!!!

Felt he really cared like it was his own HVAC system. He’s super knowledgeable too. He brought a lead tech, Brett Turner out the next day to do an even more thorough inspection on our 24 yo HVAC. I had my HVAC serviced yesterday and replaced today! Brett Turner and his team yesterday were professional and advised me that my unit was not going to last much longer. They showed me the problems and a new unit just made sense. They squeezed me in today, their team was at my door at 8am and the crane was here shortly after since my unit is on my roof. Frank T., Pascual H., Jesus F. and Joshua M. were all respectful and left the property as nicely as they entered. 5 Star service and made me feel like an important customer.
