I like to joke about getting “Excellent Customer Service” but with BP, it is NO JOKE. I first inter-acted with them through the LADWP AC OPTIMIZATION PROGRAM (thank you for the FREE “Nest” Thermostat. Then, a few weeks later, the gas valves on my furnace gave out – after 35 years????? – and repairing it was out of the question! Within days, BP was out to give me an estimate on a new HVAC system – again, 35 years old – and with LADPW/SOCAL GAS and Carrier rebates, the price was top-notch, even beating COSTCO! The techs completed the job over two days in less than 14 hours. They were friendly, cooperative, extremely neat and very knowledgeable. I look forward to many years of (limited, hopefully) service (meaning, bi-yearly inspections) and great quality from my new equipment.
