I am the Building Manager of a 25 unit apartment building in Brentwood. We have been using Brody Pennell for the last few years and have been very satisfied. We have found their work to be consistently good and pricing, based on past experience, to be fair. They handle all emergency problems for us, and in addition, we are on a quarterly maintenance program with them. I have been particularly pleased with the service provided by one of their people, Alex Nah. I ask for Alex to service the account because I find him diligent, knowledgeable, hard working and personable. All these are qualities that my tenants appreciate as much as I do. I definitely expect this relationship to continue. Just had Alex here a couple of days ago and each time here he impresses me more and more with his knowledge and his ability to interact with our tenants. He and the company continue be 5 stars in my book.
