Alex Honda

My AC went out a week or so ago and I came upon Brody Pennell from the Carrier website, which is the maker of the HVAC. I was able to make an appointment online, choose the day and time that was convenient for me, and the company will text you a reminder the day before and for you to confirm the appointment. My tech guy’s name is Alex and he arrived on time (11-2pm was my time slot) and was professional, wore his face mask, explained everything to me as to what could be the issue, and was able to fix the problem. I just joined the Brody Comfort Club because the service was great and now I know who to call for maintenance.
