He pointed out issues in one particular unit that could help save energy, bills and not burn out the unit since it is an older one. He showed me pictures, explained things carefully and patiently. He was very kind, professional and extremely thorough in his assessment of the health of each AC/Heating unit. I felt like I was in good hands with him because he was transparent about any issues and pointed out how we can improve the units. Hope he returns here again for seasonal maintenance in the Spring. They showed me the problems and a new unit just made sense. They squeezed me in today, their team was at my door at 8am and the crane was here shortly after since my unit is on my roof.
