This company really has it together. Our heater went out and this company responded quickly and courteously and was able to schedule someone exactly when I needed.Octavio, our technician, was so helpful. He found the issue quickly and fixed it on the spot. He also explained a lot of things about furnace maintenance that I thought were really helpful to know. He was very courteous, and knowledgeable, and worked very clean. At the end he showed me photos of the unit and explained everything he did and everything else we might want to watch out for. I will also get this info in an email for my records. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The technician Emmith Horton went above and beyond offering great customer service, knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to do a thorough inspection and cleaning of our HVAC and heating unit and was extremely patient and attentive. I would definitely recommend Brody Pennell and will be requesting Emmith as my technician of choice.

Brody Pennell is the best HVAC company I have ever hired. Recently, we had major work done at our home (complete replacement of two HVAC units). Within one week, Brody Pennell (Fabio Gomez) met with me and diagnosed the problem, discussed my options, and sent two install crews (Micheal I., Raul I., Jesus F., Sergio, Jonathan A., Nathan U., Jose R., and Brian D.) to perform the needed repairs. They finished a job that should have taken 3 days in one day! I have never seen a group of guys work so hard to complete such a quality job in record time. Every employee that I spoke with was friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional. This company is dedicated to providing quality service on time and at a fair price.
