My entire experience with Brody Pennell was excellent. I inquired via a chat box online, someone from their scheduling depart called the next morning to schedule the service for the following day, service person arrived on time and was able to identify the problem with my Honeywell de-humidifier on the first visit. Very impressive considering the company I purchased it from has been trying to fix it since July. Well done Brody Pennell and Cesar Corrales.
