I contacted Brody Pennell because my heater wouldn’t come on. Alex and Rodrigo were our technicians and they couldn’t have been more helpful! They were very knowledgeable, and explained everything they were doing in a way that I could understand. I was so impressed that I signed up for a twice a year maintenance contract. My units are 22 years old, and I’m so relieved that I won’t have to worry anymore about whether or not they will turn on! Thank you Alex and Rodrigo!
