Great Customer Service! I would highly recommend this company to the family and friends! Our technician Cesar Corrales came on-time and with a great smile! We needed to install NEST Thermostat for our A/C. He explained the whole process and answered all my questions and guided me through the set up with our WI FI and set up our A/C in high efficiency mode setting. He also showed how to navigate through all available modes (cooling, heating, fan, heating/cooling, etc.) and how to adjust the temperature if we need to, instead of just leaving me with Instruction Guide to figure on my own. Cesar is very knowledgeable, hard-working, and courteous. He went above and beyond of my expectations for the service we needed! I am very happy and satisfied with the job that was done just right!
