Alex was my technician, he came on time, really professional he even brought his own covers for the shoes! He was able to identify the problem which was not solved by other company technician. Really happy he came to fix my AC. From the time I booked the service, it was smooth….the phone was answered by a lady who was willing to help and all communications were confirmed with follow up texts.
