Cesar was great! He was on-time and got straight to the problem with the unit. After the AC was back on, he checked all the vents and in-takes to gauge efficiency. He even took a look at the furnace. It was a Sunday, so I really appreciated how quickly they responded. I signed up for their maintenance service. Highly recommend.
