I am highly satisfied for the work that - Danny Garcia provided to our HVAC units. He properly removed all the grills and clean the furnaces inside the attic room. Brody provided the semi-annual service today. The technician was Jamie Brito Saroza. Jamie was prompt, professional and knew exactly what to do. Oftentimes, we are told by a vender we need a replacement, a remark which raises our skepticism. But Jamie had photos and performance specs. He was absolutely correct that our 20-year condenser and coil running on unobtainable R22 was past its prime.Brody's personnel never disappoint. We feel fortunate to have them in our area. Happy to have Jamie return in six months or any other technician. You can't go wrong.

Jeff Orellana and his team , David Mares and Daniel Avila spent a full day at our home, doing maintenance for all of our heating and air conditioning. They noticed an area of increased carbon monoxide and did a full investigation and recommendation for repair/replacement of our bedroom furnace unit. At all times the men were professional, and courteous. They explained all of the issues and recommendations sufficiently for us to make an informed decision as to how to proceed. We recommend them highly.

Part 2 of the Brody Pennell team, came out today to provide me an estimate to clean my air ducts in my 50 year old condo. I am sure it has never been done. Extremely professional. Wore booties in my house. Explained what was to be done and provided an estimate. Their ability to communicate through texts and emails is amazing and they even provide a map of where your service person is and their arrival time. Yippee. Great company. Will continue to use them. David Mares came out and and was super conscientious with his inspection of our furnace, showing us pictures and videos so we clearly understood the condition and the issues we should be aware of. Then Ken Shannon discussed options and alternatives. He was informative and never pushy. Definitely will work with them again.Nov 17 2023 we had the pleasure of Daniel inspecting our heating system and thoroughly investigating all safety measures. We are happy to say we are cleared for another season but should probably consider doing a heating upgrade in the next year or two. Thank you Daniel and Brody Penney for your continued service.Nov 18 2023 Armando came by to do a touch up on the thermostat and went above and beyond with explaining exactly how a heating system actually works and why it needs to be replaced every 10-15 years. Fortunately, Brody Pennell did replace ours at the 27 year mark!!!!! But anyway, thank you, Armando for fixing our thermostat in a flash!

He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and extremely conscientious. He spent a long time servicing my unit, first testing all areas and then cleaning it thoroughly so it would function optimally! My past experiences w this company have been great too! Enmity Horton was great! He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly identified the problem and showed me a video to help me understand the problem. This is my third time with Brody Pennell and I’d highly recommend them!!
