Another great experience with Brody Pennell this morning. I had an appointment for midday but was contacted earlier in the morning with the opportunity to move the appointment to the morning. I appreciated the chance and had a technician at my door within 30 minutes. I was happy to see a familiar face at the door as the technician had been to our home before and knew the house. He was very kind and pleasant, and knows his job well. He serviced our central heating / air unit quickly and was very conscientious to work cleanly as well. Brody Pennell as a company, as well as there skilled technicians, are simply great!
