Louis did an excellent job at explaining and showing us photos of our broken/old heater and air conditioning unit. He also explained how the additional damage surrounding areas was caused. He answered our questions and was very cordial.

Cesar is professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had lost feith in getting my new Ac heat repaired, it gave problems since first installed. It took a long time and effort to get someone to repair it. Cesar came because the installation guys kept me waiting the whole morning and they did not show up for the apoinrment. A fortunate neglicence, since Service sent a person responsible and knowledgeable. Thanks to Service for schedulling and for sending someone who could do something about it
In response to the questions below, my system was recently installed and should be part of the guarantee. Also Installation still has to show up to change the number of inlets for proper air flow. Hope this help Beatriz RS

Excellent service great communication and a fair price

Kevin Lopez came to the house yesterday because the heating system was blowing cold air. It took some time to find the access to the attic - which is where he needed to go - that might sound odd, however the access was in an unusual place - and not the usual obvious access in the ceiling! Nonetheless, being quite cautious raising a heavy, glass panel - Kevin accessed the attic and assessed the situation. With the homeowner's approval, Kevin did a wiring repair, gas pressure adjustment and replaced valves on two systems. It was a big job and he never broke a sweat. He did, however, require a glass of water! It was a BIG job and he, with a can do attitude, got the job done. Kevin was thoughtful (paid special attention to putting on and taking off his booties when and where necessary), he explained every step of the process, he was courteous and even took a moment to greet and say good-bye to the family dog. So far so good... it's only been a bit since the job was completed and we have full confidence the family will stay comfortable in their home. Thank you Kevin.

Allen U. performed seasonal maintenance on both our central HVAC system and mini-split system. He recommended full blower cleaning of both units and installation of a UV scrubber in the central system. He was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the reasons for the recommendation. He returned on a later date to perform the additional work. As shown in before and after photographs, the cleaning was fully completed. The UV scrubber was neatly installed and performs perfectly. I renewed the maintenance contract for another year.
